Movies Capitol purchases are made through Clickbank.com which will promtley refund any purchase. Just give them the purchase ID number from your purchase reciept email and all is well. If you use Paypal for your purchase just contact Paypal to request your refund.

Clickbanks vendor spotlight does show a low refund rate however, ripoffreport was the only place I could find negitive comments.
